Turbo Deck Screw Zincotech®Au is manufactured from case-hardened steel (AISI 10B21), making it robust enough to withstand the stresses encountered in outdoor environments. It is specifically hardened to meet the demands of timber construction and has undergone a unique Zincotech®Au surface treatment to ensure reliable corrosion resistance even in the toughest conditions, as well as against wood preservatives used in pressure-treated timber.

Turbo Deck Screw Zincotech®Au, equipped with a TX drive, is rated in corrosivity class C4 and is specifically designed for use with pressure-treated timber.

Featuring a sharp point and threads tailored to grip firmly into the wood, the screw ensures fast and efficient anchoring. The threads engage immediately and pull the screw into the decking while the ribs under the head countersink it, providing a neat and secure result. It is ideal for mounting decking, patios, fences, and similar structures.

Turbo Deck Screw Zincotech®Au has unique properties to facilitate use and improve results. It is equipped with a cutting drill point and cuts along the threads, which reduces the risk of wood splitting, lowers the torque required for driving, and significantly shortens installation time.

Installation instructions: For best results, the use of a screwdriver with a depth stop is recommended, and it is suggested to countersink the head approximately 2 mm for an aesthetic finish.

Dimensioning: Approximately 30 screws per square meter are recommended for a stable and reliable installation.
