Our delivery partners are Bring, PostNord, and Schenker.
It is, of course, unreasonable for the shipping cost to be the same for a package with a single screw as it is for an order with multiple packages. Therefore, we offer several shipping options at different prices - so that the shipping cost matches the size of your purchase! You choose whether you want your order sent to your door/mailbox, home delivery, or your nearest service point. The shipping cost and delivery method are based on weight and will be visible at checkout when you proceed to payment. Due to changed shipping terms from our partners, we have updated our shipping terms as of 2025-06-23:
- For those who want it sent to their door/mailbox, the shipping cost starts at 49 SEK; you can also choose express delivery from 149 SEK, which takes 1-2 days (up to 2 kg, otherwise the delivery is sent to the nearest service point or via home delivery)
- If you wish to pick up your order at the nearest service point or parcel locker, the cost is 67-79 SEK.
- Home delivery from 179 SEK.
Service point/parcel locker
If you have chosen delivery to a service point/parcel locker, your package will remain there for 7 days. If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to Rostfri.nu
Unreceived delivery/uncollected order
If you do not receive your delivery or collect your order, it will be returned to Rostfri.nu. Depending on the delivery method, the return is handled in different ways.
If you are not at home during home delivery, you can always pick up your order at the carrier's terminal or pay for a new delivery attempt yourself. If all delivery attempts to you fail, your order will be returned to Rostfri.nu
In the event of an unreceived delivery/uncollected order, Rostfri.nu reserves the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK. If the order value is below this amount, the entire order value will be deducted.
