Hexagon flange bolt without serrations in A2 according to DIN 6921 is intended for bolted joints where an integrated, smooth flange provides an increased contact surface and improved load distribution. The flange acts as a built-in washer and helps to distribute the clamping force over a larger area, which in many applications eliminates the need for a separate washer. The smooth flange is particularly suitable where the substrate should not be affected by locking serrations or marks. The screw is made of A2 stainless steel and is suitable for use in environments where good corrosion resistance is required.

M5x8, M5x20, M5x25 are only available with serrated flange.
