Cam cleat | Master
Cam cleats are used to securely hold lines in place on board your boat and are ideal for use on dinghies, sailboats, and small keelboats. They are available in two material options, composite or aluminium, where the composite cam cleat features a stainless steel wear strip that protects against wear when the line is tensioned. The composite is an affordable option that provides effective and long-lasting performance, while aluminium cam cleats are stronger with higher resistance to UV radiation.
The cam cleat consists of two spring-loaded V-shaped cams with teeth that securely lock the line in place. This design makes it easy to handle and adjust the lines without them slipping under high working loads.
