Examples of when an order/delivery can be refused by Rostfri.nu include, but are not limited to, the wrong stock level or price due to a technical error being displayed on the website, that the order is not intended for individual use or if we cannot approve your payment.
You are obliged to redeem, pick up or receive your delivery according to the instructions given from time to time by Rostfri.nu or the shipping company you have chosen. For packages that are not redeemed, picked up or received, Rostfri.nu has the right to charge a fee of SEK 150 for our additional costs such as return shipping.
